Your motif waits in the dark

Photography in the mine

Exclusive photography days in the Velsen adventure mine

Light, shadow, steel and structure: At the photography day in the Velsen adventure mine, you can take your time to realize your own personal underground photo project - with everything your equipment has to offer.

The mine as a backdrop

Whether digital camera, analog SLR or large format: you can let off steam creatively in the extensive facilities. Your own light is welcome (please only with a battery).

Everyone is welcome

Photo clubs and groups are very welcome. Mutual consideration is a matter of course, as maintenance work may be taking place at the same time.

What you can expect

"I have rarely experienced a place where so many different motifs are so close together. The adventure mine is a real paradise for photographers."

André Köhl, photographer from St. Ingbert
